International Society of slavery is legally defined as “the status or condition of a given in some or all ownership rights inherent powers.” What is meant by ‘slave’ to anyone in a state or condition of slavery. In 1956, the United Nations on the occasion of the Additional Convention on the Elimination of Slavery, slave trade and slavery-like practices as the same type of slavery, debt bondage and servitude are required. Cattle are considered as a status or condition arising from the fact that the debtor has agreed to provide personal services or those of someone under his control as security for debt, if the service as fair value, does not apply to debt payments, or if not specified their each is limited and the nature of this service. Compulsory slavery is the condition required by law, custom or agreement to live and work on the land owned by others and give to it, after payment or free of charge, certain services, without the freedom to change his status.

Well, go to the root and consider fully the practice of slavery, we think that it is necessary to create an offense: capitalist slavery. Capitalist slavery means the status or condition of economic slavery to the debt, required or other reasons, in which the exercise of all or part of the power given property. Scope of capitalist slavery crimes include reduction of economic slavery, persuasion, effort, involvement, and participation in the agreement for implementation.
