Although the Single Rate Business Tax (IETU) is being implemented for some time faults remains incomprehensible in its application, and which initially was going to do extra work to the Income Tax (ISR) but it seems that has prevailed with the firm intention to make the most economic.

“In the event that the ISR is greater than the IETU, only going to pay for ISR because the mechanics of calculating IETU accreditation allows the ISR before determining the IETU to pay,” he said in an interview the teacher’s graduate tax from Universidad Panamericana (UP), Olga Avila Sandoval.
The IETU has some restrictions, within which is the inability to deduct interest and funding from a number of items that have yet to be implemented by companies such as inventories, and the balance of tax losses incurred in years above. In addition, individuals with occupation (doctors, architects, artists, journalists, etc.) and those taxed under the regime for small taxpayers must also pay IETU.
On the other hand, strong economic havoc that left the global crisis in our country forced the government to increase perceptions, causing a strong disturbance in the population. Read the rest of this entry »
